Clockwork's Team Based Environment

In reference to the post about our team nights, we wanted to touch base on how our team based environment is also translated into the office.

• Every morning our leaders come in at least an hour early to collaborate on ways to improve their teams.
• Following that, our CEO takes time out of his morning to discuss goals of the teams with the leaders.
• Once the rest of the team comes in, the leaders branch off into their teams to apply the morning conversations that were had between them and the CEO.
• Having a team based work environment allows our team to uplift each other throughout the day and build team morale.

The term "team work makes the dream work" not only applies to team night, it applies to Clockwork's work environment and our ability to succeed.
