It’s tough to put into words Richard’s importance, but the reason we’re featuring him on our blog this month is to showcase our appreciation for his efforts. Richard has quite a reputation amongst employees who know him as well as among our clients.

Richard stands out due to his foresight in meeting the needs of his clients, which has earned him great admiration. He is dedicated, staying late to solve any issues that may arise while taking on the responsibilities of his team to help them tackle whatever they need assistance with. His unwavering support and motivating management style are truly inspiring.

Richard is an outstanding leader and has a profound effect on our work culture. He lives by the principle that he doesn’t expect his team to do anything he wouldn’t do himself.

Recently he flew to Texas to establish a new branch and was able to forge a successful relationship with a client and will be spearheading their campaign. He did this completely on his own without direction or request.
