In reference to the post about our team nights, we wanted to touch base on how our team based environment is also translated into the office. Every morning our leaders come in at least an hour early to collaborate on ways to improve their teams. Following that, our CEO takes time out of his morning to discuss goals of the teams with the leaders. Once the rest of the team comes in, the leaders branch off into their teams to apply the morning conversations that were had between them and the CEO. Covid-19 has changed the dynamic of how companies are ran. We as a company, have taken full precaution, not only in protecting our clients, but of course protecting our employees too. Not only do we have team comradery in the office, but every Thursday we have a team outing where our employees can demonstrate their team effort and also get to know each other better. Here at Clockwork we came up with five useful ways to have a productive morning.   The night before your next work day, prepare your outfit for the following day so that it's one less thing on your morning to-do list.  Wake up at least an hour and a half before needing to start your day. When sitting down with Jonah we asked him what he was reading at the moment. He said his go to book right now is "Good to Great" by Jim Collins. When asked why he was drawn to this book Jonah stated "because the author analyses over a thousand companies that made the jump from "Good to Great" and talks about what those companies have in common. Meet Wednesday!  She is our resident furry office friend. Wednesday is a fully licensed service animal. Her Dad is one of our leaders, Michael Hughes who is a veteran of the US Military. Wednesday is a Lab/Sheppard/Chow mix who is trained to detect seizures and to help with post traumatic stress disorder. She is always taking care of the office but most importantly taking care of our veterans. Here are a few fun facts about Wednesday. Her favorite treats are Beggin Strips.   She is only two years old. She loves a comfy dog bed, regardless of who's it is.   

Here at Clockwork Concepts when looking for a new team member, we look for four main personality traits.   Number one would be "Grit", knowing that every day will not be perfect.
